an unhappy customer

I had a customer today that was not happy. there was an issue with clarity, I guess (for lack of a better explanation)

that old saying comes to mind
"you can make some of the people happy all of the time, all of the people happy some of the time, but you can't make all of the people happy all of the time"

but that doesn't really help. I still feel sad about it.
